Article 1 (Purpose)
The purpose of this Agreement is to prescribe the rights, obligations and responsibilities of the Company and its members, and other necessary matters concerning the use of the homepage builder service and related services provided by Weven Co., Ltd.
Article 2 (Definition)
The terms used in these Terms and Conditions are defined as follows.
- "Member" means a customer who accesses the Company's ZgAI (immediately), Z-Studio, enters into a use agreement with Weven Inc. under these terms and conditions and uses the "service" provided by Weven Inc
- "ID" means a combination of letters and numbers determined by "Member" and approved by Weven Inc. for the identification and service use of "Member".
- The term "password (PASSWORD)" means a combination of letters or numbers determined by the "member" himself/herself to confirm that the "member" is a "member" consistent with the "ID" he/she has been granted and for confidentiality purposes.
- The term "paid service" means various website construction services and various services provided by Weven Co., Ltd. for a fee among "services".
- The term "post" means articles, photos, videos, various files, links, etc. in the form of information, such as signs, letters, voices, sounds, videos, etc. posted on the service when members use the service.
Article 3 (Specification, explanation, and revision of terms and conditions, etc.)
- Weven Inc. posts the contents of these terms and conditions on the service's initial screen so that "members" can easily understand them. However, the contents of the terms and conditions can be viewed by "members" through the connection screen.
- Weven Co., Ltd. may amend these terms and conditions to the extent that they do not violate the relevant laws, such as the Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions and the Act on Promotion of Information and Communication Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc. (hereinafter referred to as the "Information and Communication Network Act").
- If Weven Co., Ltd. revises the terms and conditions, it shall be notified from 7 days before the application date to the day before the application date, along with the current terms and conditions. However, if the contents of the terms and conditions are changed unfavorably to the members, it shall be notified with a minimum grace period of 30 days. Article 4 (Provisions and Changes to Services)

- Weven Co., Ltd. may change all or some of the services provided according to operational and technical needs if there are considerable reasons. If there is a change in the content, method of use, and time of use of the service, the reason for the change, the content of the service to be changed, and the date of provision shall be posted on the initial screen of the service for at least 7 days prior to the change.
- Weven Inc. may modify, suspend, or change some or all of the services provided free of charge for the needs of the Company's policies and operations, and will not compensate its members separately unless otherwise provided for in the relevant laws.
- If the changes to the "Paid Service" are significant or unfavorable to the "Member", Wiven Co., Ltd. shall notify the "Member" of the method prescribed in Article 9 (Notification to Members) to the "Member" who receives the "Paid Service". At this time, Wiven Co., Ltd. shall provide pre-change services to "Member" who has refused consent. Provided, That if it is impossible to provide such services, the provision of such services may be suspended or the contract may be suspended, and in this case, the refund shall be made in accordance with Article 17 (4).
- Weven Co., Ltd. may temporarily suspend service at a time when regular inspections or system upgrades are required, and any suspension of service due to scheduled work will be notified in advance on the company's website or by means under Article 9.
Article 5 (Suspension of Service)
- Weven Co., Ltd. may temporarily suspend the provision of services if there are significant reasons for maintenance inspection, replacement and failure of information and communication facilities such as computers, loss of communication, or operation. In this case, Weven Co., Ltd. shall notify in advance by the method prescribed on the company's website or Article 9 (notification to "members"). However, if there is an unavoidable reason why Weven Co., Ltd. cannot notify in advance, it may be notified after the fact.
- If "paid service" cannot be provided due to the transition of business items or abandonment of business, Weven Co., Ltd. shall notify the "Member" by the method prescribed in Article 9 (Notification to Members) and compensate the "Member" according to the conditions originally set out by Weven Co., Ltd.
Article 6 (Membership)
- The "user" applies for membership registration by expressing his or her consent to these terms and conditions after filling in his or her membership information according to the subscription form set by Weven Co., Ltd.

Weven Co., Ltd. is registered as a member of the users who have applied for membership as in Paragraph 1, unless they fall under any of the following subparagraphs.
- Where the applicant for membership has previously lost his/her membership status pursuant to Article 8 (3) of these Terms and Conditions
- If there is false, missing entries, or misrepresentation in the registration details
- Where it is deemed that registering as a member is significantly hindered by the technology of Weven Co., Ltd
- The time when the membership contract is established is when the consent of Weven Co., Ltd. reaches the "member".
- If there is a change in the registered matters at the time of membership registration, the "member" shall inform Weven of the change by means of modifying its membership information, etc. within a considerable period of time.
Article 7 (Change of Member Information)
- "Members" may view and modify their personal information at any time through the personal information management screen: Provided, That ID, etc. necessary for service management cannot be modified.
- "Members" shall notify Weven Co., Ltd. of any changes made when applying for membership online or by e-mail or other means.
- Weven Co., Ltd. is not responsible for any disadvantages caused by notifying Weven of the changes in Paragraph 2.
Article 8 (Withdrawal of Membership and Loss of Qualification, etc.)
- "Members" may request Wiven Inc. to withdraw at any time, and Wiven Inc. will immediately process the withdrawal of its membership

If a member falls under any of the following reasons, Weven Co., Ltd. may restrict or suspend its membership.
- Where false information is registered at the time of application for membership
- In the case of failing to pay for the service use of Weven Co., Ltd. and other debts borne by members in connection with the service use of Weven Co., Ltd. on the due date
- Threatening the e-commerce order, such as interfering with the use of other people's services or stealing the information
- In the case of engaging in an act that is prohibited by laws or these terms and conditions or that is contrary to public order and morals by using Weven Co., Ltd
- After Weven Co., Ltd. restricts or suspends its membership, Weven Co., Ltd. may lose its membership if the same act is repeated more than twice or if the reason is not corrected within 30 days.
- If Weven Co., Ltd. loses its membership, its membership registration will be canceled. In this case, the members will be notified and given an opportunity to explain at least 30 days before the cancellation of membership registration.
Article 9 (Notification to "Members")
- If Weven Co., Ltd. notifies "Member", it can be done by electronic means such as the e-mail address designated by the "Member" and Weven Co., Ltd. in advance, and the pop-up window when logged in.
- In the case of notification to the entire "member", Weven Co., Ltd. may substitute the notification under paragraph (1) by posting it on Weven Co., Ltd.'s bulletin board for at least seven days. Article 10 (Service Use Contract)
- The "Service" usage contract is concluded by the "Member" applying for the use of "Service" in accordance with the procedures set out by Weven Inc., and by Weven Inc. agreeing to these applications.

Weven Co., Ltd. may fail to approve a member's application for use of the service or terminate the contract after the fact if it falls under any of the following subparagraphs
- Where the applicant for membership has previously lost his/her membership under these terms and conditions
- In the case of not being a real name or using the name of another person
- Where false information is written or the contents presented by the company are not written
- Where a child under the age of 14 does not obtain the consent of a legal representative (parent, etc.) when entering "personal information" prescribed by the Act on Promotion of Information and Communication Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc.
- Where the approval is impossible due to reasons attributable to the user or where the application is filed in violation of all other matters prescribed
- In the event of failure or reservation of the use of the "Service" pursuant to paragraph (2), Weven Co., Ltd. shall, in principle, notify the "Member" by means of Article 9 (notification to the "Member").
- The time of establishment of the use contract is when Weven Co., Ltd. reaches the "member" by confirming the conditions of acceptance and indicating the conclusion of the contract on the "Service" use contract or by notifying it by means of Article 9 (notification to the "member").
- When signing a contract with a minor under the age of 19, Weven Co., Ltd. must notify before signing the contract that the minor himself or his legal representative may cancel the contract if he does not obtain consent from his or her legal representative, such as his or her parents, or if he or she does not obtain approval after signing the contract.
- Weven Co., Ltd. can make a difference in the use of "members" by classifying them by grade according to company policy and subdividing the number of uses and service menus.
- Weven Inc. may reserve its approval if there is no room for "service" related facilities or if there is a technical or business problem.
Article 11 (Restriction on Service Use)
- Where an act equivalent to the termination of the "service" use contract under Article 12 (1) is committed
- Where the service usage fee of the "member" has not been paid
- Weven, Inc. may phase out the use of the service as a warning, a pause, or a termination of the contract if the "Member" violates the obligations of these Terms and Conditions or interferes with the normal operation of the service.
- Notwithstanding the preceding paragraph, Weven Co., Ltd. may immediately terminate the contract in case of violating related laws, such as theft of names and theft of payments in violation of the Resident Registration Act, provision and obstruction of operation of illegal programs in violation of the Copyright Act and the Computer Program Protection Act, illegal communication and hacking in violation of the Information and Communication Network Act, distribution of malicious programs, excess access rights, etc. In the event of termination of the contract under this paragraph, all benefits obtained through the use of the service will also be extinguished, and the company will not compensate for this.
- Weven Inc. may restrict its use for the protection and operational efficiency of its membership information if free members continue not to log in for more than 12 months.
- The conditions and details of the restrictions within the scope of the restriction of use in this article are as prescribed by the restriction policy, etc.
- In the case of restricting the use of the service or terminating the contract pursuant to this section, Weven Co., Ltd. shall notify in accordance with Article 9 (Notification to Members).
Article 12 (Termination of Service Use Agreement)

- Registration of false information in case of application or change

- Transmission or posting of information (computer program, etc.) other than information determined by Weven Co., Ltd
- Infringement of intellectual property rights such as copyrights of Weven Co., Ltd. and other third parties
- Any act that damages the reputation of Weven Inc. and other third parties or interferes with their work
- Disclosure or posting of obscene or violent messages, videos, voices, and other information contrary to public order and morals on Weven Inc
- Search engine spam, doorware pages, pages that are very similar to other services, etc., are significantly low or poor in content and do not provide a clear added value to the user
- Any act that violates the content principles prescribed separately by the company or does not conform to the nature of the content
- Any act of degrading the quality of service by uploading or executing programs that may impair the performance of the service
- any other illegal or unjust act
- The "member" shall comply with the relevant laws, the provisions of these terms and conditions, the precautions announced in relation to the "service" and the matters notified by Weven Co., Ltd., and shall not engage in any other act that interferes with Weven Co., Ltd.'s business
- The "Member" may file an objection to the cancellation, termination, and restrictions on use of Weven Co., Ltd. in accordance with the procedures set by Weven Co., Ltd. In this case, if Weven Co., Ltd. recognizes that the objection is justified, Weven Co., Ltd. immediately resumes the use of the service.
- If "Member" terminates the contract, all data on the website you own will be deleted and will not be restored.
Article 13 (Provision of Information)
- Weven Co., Ltd. may provide various information deemed necessary by the "Member" to the "Member" by means of notice or e-mail. Provided, That the "Member" may refuse to receive the information by e-mail at any time, except for information related to transactions under the relevant laws and answers to customer centers.
- Where the information under paragraph (1) is to be transmitted by telephone or a simulated transmission device, it shall be transmitted with the prior consent of the "member".
Article 14 (Copyrights of Posts)
- The copyright of "Homepage" and "Posts" within "Homepage" produced by "Members" through the use of "Service" belongs to their respective authors, and the copyright and intellectual property rights to "Service" belong to Weven Co., Ltd.
- "Homepage" and "posts" in "Homepage" produced by "Members" through the use of "Services" may be exposed to "Services" and related promotions provided by Weven Co., Ltd., and may be partially modified, reproduced, edited and posted to the extent necessary for such exposure.
- If Wiven Co., Ltd. intends to use the "home page" and "post" of the "member" by any means other than paragraph (2), it shall notify the "member" in advance and obtain consent under Article 12.
- Copyright and other intellectual property rights for works created by Weven Inc. belong to Weven Inc.
Article 15 (Management of Posts)
- If a post of "Member" contains content that violates related laws such as the Information and Communication Network Act and the Copyright Act, the right holder may request the suspension or deletion of the post in accordance with the procedures prescribed by the relevant law, and Weven Co., Ltd. and "Member" shall take measures in accordance with the relevant laws.
- Even if there is no request from the right holder under the preceding paragraph, Weven Co., Ltd. may take temporary measures, etc., in accordance with the relevant laws, if there is a reason for the infringement of rights or if it violates other company policies and related laws.
Article 16 (Authorization of rights)
- Copyright and intellectual property rights for "Services" belong to the Company. However, this excludes members' posts and works provided under the partnership agreement.
- In connection with the service, Weven Co., Ltd. only grants members the right to use their accounts, IDs, contents, etc. according to the terms of use set by the company, and "members" are not allowed to transfer, sell, or provide collateral.
- Notwithstanding the foregoing, Weven, Inc. has the right to determine ownership of the user's content or user platform by disregarding the foregoing, if, based on actual circumstances, Weven's full judgment determines that the situation is reasonable to make such a decision.

- Weven Inc. guarantees refunds for paid services for seven days. This period may be extended by law. Refunds do not apply to further purchases, upgrades, changes or renewals of Weven Services Inc.
- The refund amount may differ from the amount originally charged to you due to currency exchange and third-party fees. We will not be responsible for any differences arising from the Weven payment fee, Inc. or any fees incurred by third-party paid services.
- You can terminate the contract after seven days, but unless required by law, the fee will not be refunded. In addition, if we find that the cancellation notice is due to an impure intention or illegal attempt to avoid payment for the services we actually received and enjoyed, we still have the right to claim from the user who provided the notice for any of the Weven services we actually received, as permitted by law.
- Weven Co., Ltd. guarantees a full refund paid by members if the service is not provided or normal use is not possible because the company cannot compensate for or correct defects in the agreed "paid service".
- Weven Co., Ltd. may terminate the contract under Articles 5, 2, 11 and 12, or "Member" may terminate the "Paid Service" use contract, but the fee will not be refunded unless required by law.
- The company will proceed with the refund in the same way as the payment, and if a refund is not possible in the same way as the payment, it will be notified in advance. However, in the case of a payment method that requires payment confirmation, it should be refunded within 3 business days from the date of payment confirmation.
Article 18 (Compensation for damages to members due to temporary suspension of services, etc.)
Weven, Inc. shall make reasonable efforts to provide maximum monthly operating hours during the period of providing "Paid Services" to customers. If the service responsibilities included in the "Paid Services" are not met, the customer may claim the following defined service compensation through customer support, etc. However, the time for regular inspections, etc. notified in advance, is not included in the monthly operating hours calculation.
- If the monthly shutdown time occurs for more than 3 hours, compensation will be made after consultation within 5 times the amount calculated by multiplying the average daily fee for the last 3 months (if it is less than 3 months) by dividing the service suspension time by 24.
- Compensation will be paid within 3 business days after the completion of the compensation plan.
Article 19 (Obligation to Protect Personal Information)
- Weven Co., Ltd. strives to protect the personal information of its members as prescribed by related laws such as the "Act on Promotion of Information and Communication Network Use and Information Protection Act" and the "Personal Information Protection Act". Related laws and regulations apply to the protection and use of personal information. However, Weven Co., Ltd.'s personal information processing policy does not apply to linked sites other than Weven Co., Ltd.'s official sites or "homepages" managed by "members."
Article 20 (Duty of Weven Co., Ltd.)
- Weven Co., Ltd. shall not engage in any act prohibited by statutes and these terms and conditions or contrary to public order and morals, and shall do its best to provide "service" continuously and reliably as prescribed by these terms and conditions.
- Weven Inc. should have a security system in place to protect users' personal information (including credit information) so that "members" can use "services" safely.
- Weven Co., Ltd. shall handle any opinions or complaints raised by the "Member" regarding the use of the service if it is deemed justified, and deliver the processing process and results to the "Member" by using the bulletin board or e-mail.

Weven Co., Ltd. displays the following in an easy-to-understand manner by "Members" on the initial screen of the applicable "paid service" or its packaging, FAQs, etc.
- Name or subparagraph of paid service
- Details of the paid service, usage method, usage fee, payment method and other conditions of use
- Available devices and minimum technical specifications required for use
- Weven Co., Ltd. may request the submission of a certain range of information and related documents set by Weven Co., Ltd. to verify the identity of the "member," and may provide such information if requested by an authorized agency, etc. according to relevant laws and regulations.
Article 21 (Obligation to "ID" and "password" of "Member")
- Except in the case of Article 19, the "member" is responsible for the management of the "ID" and "password" of the "member".
- "Member" shall not allow third parties to use their "ID" and "password".
- If the "Member" is aware that his or her "ID" and "password" have been stolen or used by a third party, he or she shall notify Weven Inc. immediately and follow the guidance of Weven Inc.
- In the case of paragraph 3, even if the relevant "member" fails to notify Wiven of the fact or fails to comply with Wiven's guidance, Wiven shall not be liable for any disadvantages incurred.
Article 22 (Limit of Liability)
- Weven, Inc. is exempt from responsibility for the provision of the "service" if it is unable to provide the "service" due to natural disasters or equivalent force majeure.
- Weven Co., Ltd. is not responsible for any obstacles to the use of the service due to reasons attributable to the "member".
- Weven Inc. is not responsible for any information, data, reliability, accuracy of facts, etc. published by "Member" in relation to "Services".
- Weven Co., Ltd. is exempted from liability if it conducts transactions between "members" or between "members" and third parties through "services.".
- Weven, Inc. shall not be held liable in connection with the use of the service provided for free unless otherwise expressly provided in the relevant law.
- Weven, Inc. does not guarantee the revenue expected of its "members" using its "services." It also does not compensate for any damages related to this.
Article 23 (Jurisdiction and jurisdiction)
- Matters not specified in these Terms and Conditions are subject to relevant laws and regulations, and parts not specified in the law are subject to custom.
- The lawsuit filed between Weven Co., Ltd. and the "Member" shall be governed by Korean law.
- A lawsuit concerning a dispute between Weven Inc. and its "members" is filed with the court having jurisdiction over the address under the Civil Procedure Act.
Supplementary Provisions (Effective Date)
